  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream- softened
  • 1/3 cup toasted almond - chopped finely

Directions

    Beat cream until stiff peaks form.

    Combine ice cream, cream, and Kahlua.

    Pour into cupcake papers set into muffin tins. Sprinkle with almonds.

    Freeze until firm.

    To serve, prepare dessert plate with chocolate sauce drizzle or chocolate shavings. Remove Creme from cupcake paper and turn upside down on dessert plate.
