- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. heavy cream or 3/4 c. chilled condensed milk
- 2/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.

2Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick as cream.

3Cool. Gently mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.

4Use crumbs for top and bottom.
