- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. peanuts, chopped
- 3/4 c. chocolate fudge topping
Directions

1In mixing bowl, beat ice cream until soft and beat in peanut butter alternately with milk.

2Makes about 3 cups.

3Place 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts in bottom of a 5 ounce paper cup. Spread 1 tablespoon fudge over nuts and spoon in 1/4 cup peanut butter ice cream.

4Repeat, ending with ice cream.

5Insert wooden stick in center and freeze.

6To serve, remove paper cup.

7Makes about 6 (5 ounce) cups.
