- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Wash zucchini.

2Cut off stems.

3Drop in boiling, salted water. Cover.

4Turn heat on low and cook for 10 minutes or less.

5Cool. Cut in half lengthwise.

6Remove pulp and chop.

7Cook spinach. Drain and squeeze dry.

8Combine flour, milk, zucchini pulp and spinach.
