- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix together the first four ingredients with fork or pastry blender until thoroughly mixed.

2In a small bowl, beat remaining ingredients.

3Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all is moist.

4With your hands, mold into balls.

5Chill at least 15 minutes before using.

6Dough can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap and frozen until ready to use.

7Makes four crusts.
