- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1/2 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 24 graham crackers or chocolate wafers
Directions

1Add milk gradually to peanut butter in a deep bowl, blending until smooth.

2Add pudding mix.

3Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes.

4Let stand about 5 minutes.

5Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick on 12 of the crackers.

6Top with remaining crackers, pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula.

7Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.

8Wrap individual sandwiches for storage.
