- 1 1/2 c. cold milk or half and half
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- single pie crust
- 3 1/2 c. whipped topping
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. broken gingersnaps
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Combine half and half or milk with pudding mix.

2Whisk until well blended.

3Let stand for 5 minutes.

4Fold in whipped topping, pecans, gingersnaps, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin.

5Spoon into crust.

6Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.

7Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
