  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 c. whipped topping

Directions

    Combine flour, brown sugar, walnuts and butter in bowl; mix well.

    Roll 1/4-inch thick on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until crumbly, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool and crumble.

    Sprinkle half the crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Beat egg whites in bowl.

    Add sugar gradually, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.

    Stir in raspberries and lemon juice.
