- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 c. whipped topping
Directions

1Combine flour, brown sugar, walnuts and butter in bowl; mix well.

2Roll 1/4-inch thick on ungreased baking sheet.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until crumbly, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool and crumble.

4Sprinkle half the crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Beat egg whites in bowl.

6Add sugar gradually, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.

7Stir in raspberries and lemon juice.

8Fold in whipped topping.

9Spread in prepared pan.

10Cover with remaining crumbs.

11Freeze until serving time. Yield:
