Ingredients: 3 bananas, mashed; 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed; 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 3/4 c. sugar or 18 packets Equal sweetener; 1 tsp. salt; 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream (I use the fat-free)

Combine all ingredients and stir well.

Pour into a 9-inch square pan.

Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
