Frozen Yogurt Cookie Pie

- 24 bite-sized shortbread cookies, crushed (1 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 18 bite-sized pecan shortbread cookies
- 1/2 gal. frozen peach yogurt or ice cream, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans or cookie crumbs
Directions

1In small bowl, combine crushed cookies and butter.

2Mix well. Press in bottom only of 9-inch pie plate.

3Stand 18 whole cookies up around edges, pressing slightly into crust mixture.

4Freeze 20 minutes until cold.

5Carefully spread softened ice cream over crust.

6Sprinkle with pecans.

7Cover; freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
