  • 1 1/2lbs dried fruit mixed (Ie: apricots, dried cranberries, dried cherries)
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 10 oz sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 20 oz light brown sugar
  • 14 oz flour
  • 12 oz oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 oz melt unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
