  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (regular or low-fat, NOT non-fat)
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1-2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 head green or purple cabbage, shredded
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup salted cashews
  • 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions

    In medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and vinegar; set aside.

    In large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Gently fold dressing into cabbage mixture until completely coated.

    Cover and refrigerate at least one hour and up to 4 hours before serving.
