- 1 c. drained unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. frozen orange concentrate
- 1 banana
Directions

1Mix rice, pineapple and raisins in a bowl.

2Whiz remaining ingredients in a blender and add to rice mixture.

4Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
