  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. drained unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. frozen orange concentrate
  • 1 banana

Directions

    Mix rice, pineapple and raisins in a bowl.

    Whiz remaining ingredients in a blender and add to rice mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
