  • 2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack refrigerator flaky biscuits
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
