  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 1/2 c. cold juice
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or sugar (optional)

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatine over cold juice and let stand 1 minute.

    Add hot juice and stir until dissolved.

    Stir in honey and pour into 8-inch pan.

    Chill.
