- 24 ounces creamed corn
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 240 ml 35% cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions

1Mix together eggs, cream, sugar, salt and pepper.

2Add creamed corn; mix well and heat up in skillet - do not boil.

3Pour corn mixture into greased ramekins and bake in hot water bath at 375°F until set (about 1 hour).

4Turn out onto plates and serve.
