- 10 None large strawberries
- 3 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp sprinkles
- 1 None pineapple, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch slices, edges scalloped to resemble a flower
- 1/2 None cantaloupe, seeds removed, scooped into balls with a melon baller
- 1/4 None honeydew melon, cut into 6 thin wedges, cut in 1/2 crosswise
- 1 None fruit cake, to serve
Directions

1Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Thread 1 strawberry onto 10 skewers, hull-end first. Dip into chocolate then sprinkles. Place on prepared tray. Set aside in a cool place for 15 mins to set.

2To assemble, thread pineapple flowers, melon balls and honeydew melon wedges onto skewers. Place fruit cake in a decorative vase and secure skewers upright in bread.
