- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 qt. nuts
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. wine or milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour to dredge fruit in
Directions

1Cut up fruit and nuts; add coconut.

2Dredge in flour.

3Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs.

4Add flavorings, flour, baking powder and liquid.

5Pour over fruit mixture; mix well.

6Put in pan or pans.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
