- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mixed fruits, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Combine butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Sift 1 cup flour, salt and baking powder.

4Add pineapple juice alternately with dry ingredients. Mix fruits and the remaining 1/2 cup flour and add to the mixture. Place in greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° until desired doneness.
