- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 5 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 small bottle lemon flavoring
- 1 small bottle vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add 1 cup flour and flavoring.

4Mix well.

5Then add 1 cup flour over the fruit.

6Mix well.

7Then add batter to fruit and nuts.

8Put in tube pan.

9Shake well to make settle and then put in cold oven.

10Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.
