  • 1 1/2 c. cherries, chopped
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. glazed fruit, chopped
  • 3 c. light raisins
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 (15 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix 1 cup flour with cherries, nuts, glazed fruit and raisins. Set aside.

    Mix 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add oil, pineapple and eggs.

    Add the fruit mixture.

    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 275° in 2 loaf pans.
