  • 1 qt. nuts
  • 1 lb. cherries
  • 1/2 lb. pineapple
  • 1 coconut, grated
  • 1 small pack dates
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 1 c. flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 large Tbsp. jelly
  • 1/2 pt. figs
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix fruits and flour together.

    Mix in large pan the following:

    eggs, butter, sugar, jelly, figs and 4 cups flour. Add fruits to mixture and pour into greased and floured pans.

    You can put mixture in 3 tube pans and cook at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and remove from pans.
