Ingredients

  • 1 jar mincemeat
  • 1 box Pillsbury cranberry bread (quick bread)
  • 1 box Pillsbury date and nut bread (quick bread)
  • 1 c. raisins (yellow or dark)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 small container candied fruit
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Mix well.

    Grease and flour large Bundt pan.

    Pour mixture into Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tests done.

    When cool, remove from pan carefully.

    Coat with warm Karo syrup.
  8. 8
    Decorate with fruit, candied cherries, pineapple and nuts.
