  • 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 lb. each: dates, candied cherries, candied pineapple, white raisins, walnut pieces, cut into bite size pieces

Directions

    Dust flour on fruit as you cut it up.

    Add nuts and leftover flour and the 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

    Stir well.

    Line pans with foil for easier removal (no oil required).
  5. 5
    Mix all ingredients and put into 4 small loaf tins and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
