  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, finely rolled (about 5 c.)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 12 oz. mixed fruit
  • 1 c. dates, snipped
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c. seedless grapes
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 jar cherries

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add next 4 ingredients, blending well.

    Stir together orange juice and corn syrup; add to crumb mixture.

    Blend until moistened.

    Press firmly into an 8 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pan, lined with aluminum foil; cover tightly.

    Store at least 2 days in refrigerator before serving.
