- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/8 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 3/8 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and mace.

2Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.

3Mix 1/4 cup flour in cherries and 1/4 cup flour in pineapple and 3/8 cup of flour in pecans.

4Mix all together and put in tube pan.

5Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
