- 2 1/2 c. broken spaghetti (2-inches)
- 3 to 4 c. skinned chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. broth
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Mix chicken, pimento, green pepper and onion. Pour in soup and broth.

3Season with salt and pepper. Add 2 cups cheese and spaghetti.

4Stir lightly.

5Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a casserole dish.
