Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 1/2 c. broken spaghetti (2-inches)
  • 3 to 4 c. skinned chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. broth
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spaghetti.

    Mix chicken, pimento, green pepper and onion. Pour in soup and broth.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add 2 cups cheese and spaghetti.

    Stir lightly.

    Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a casserole dish.
