  • 1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix
  • 1 lb. candied fruit cake mix
  • 1/2 lb. box candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. box candied red cherries
  • 1/2 lb. box candied green cherries
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

    Bake cake as directed on box. Let cool. Mix fruit, condensed milk and pecans. Crumble spice cake into fruit mixture and mix well. Press into greased loaf pans. Makes 2 loaf cakes.
