  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. each: lemon, vanilla and almond flavoring
  • 3/4 c. sifted flour to dredge chopped fruits
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour (plain)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Have all ingredients at room temperature.

    Chop nuts and fruits.

    Put in large bowl and dredge with 3/4 cup flour; set aside.

    Grease and line tube pan with waxed paper.
