- 1 lb. mixed candied fruit (colored pineapple is best)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 can coconut
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Dredge fruit in flour.

2Add salt, coconut and nuts.

3Add milk and mix thoroughly.

4Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 275 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

5Store cooled cookies in airtight container about 5 days before serving.
