  • 1 c. Lambrusco wine
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 lemon
  • 7 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 lb. pineapple
  • 1 lb. cherries
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 pkg. dates
  • 3 c. self-rising flour

    Cream butter, and sugar.

    Add eggs, wine, spices and flavorings.

    Mix fruit with 3 cups flour.

    Add mixture to fruit. Drop and bake 20 minutes on 300° to 325°.
