  • 2 cans cherry pie filling, or any fruit (your choice)
  • 1/2 c. water (mix with pie filling)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 slices bread

Directions

    Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan and pour fruit in.

    Cut bread slices in 3 pieces and place on top of fruit.

    Mix flour, sugar and eggs into batter.

    Pour over bread strips and bake at 350° until brown on top.
