Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves (unpeeled)
- 1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- juice from pineapple, plus lemon juice to equal 2 c.
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Directions

1Drain fruit well, reserving juice from pineapple.

2Arrange fruit in a glass baking dish (3-quart size).

3Mix cornstarch with fruit juice.

4Add melted margarine, cinnamon and brandy.

5In a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook until thickened; pour over fruit.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

7Makes 10 to 12 servings.
