  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (large)
  • 1 can peach halves (large)
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c. cranberry juice or to taste

Directions

    Melt 1/2 butter in 8 x 11 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.

    Drain fruit and put in dish.

    Drizzle cranberry juice over fruit.

    Cover with brown sugar.

    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.

    Dot with remaining 1/2 butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
