Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. apple, finely chopped
- 1 c. mixed dried fruit, finely chopped (raisins, dates and apricots)
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped (walnuts, pecans or Macadamia)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese and nutmeg.

2Toss fruits with lemon juice.

3Stir into cheeses and chill to slightly firm.

4Shape into ball.

5Combine nuts and parsley.

6Roll ball in mixture.

7Store in refrigerator.

8Allow to soften to room temperature before serving. Serve with crackers.
