  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Stir sugar, milk and flour together.

    Melt butter in baking dish.

    Pour batter over butter and put fruit of your choice on top. Bake at 350° until golden brown on top.

    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
