- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Stir sugar, milk and flour together.

3Pour batter over butter and put fruit of your choice on top. Bake at 350° until golden brown on top.

4Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
