  • 3 c. fresh fruit
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Combine fruit, 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Place in an 8-inch square pan coated with Pam.

    Dot with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls over fruit. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
