- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cans pie filling (21 oz.), your choice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Mix sugar and baking mix, cut in butter.

3Mix in half and half and vanilla.

4Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour fruit into a 7 x 11 inch pan and heat for 10 minutes.

5Roll chilled dough out on floured surface.

6Place over fruit.

7Bake 25 minutes or until golden, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

8Serves 6 to 8.
