- 2 c. peaches or other fruit
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix fruit with 1 cup of sugar; let stand.

2Put margarine in a 2-quart pan and melt.

3Combine other cup of sugar, flour and milk. Pour over melted margarine; spoon fruit on top of batter.

4Do not stir.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
