  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. fruit of your choice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Melt margarine.

    In bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, milk and salt.

    Pour over butter.

    To fruit, add remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
