  • 4 Cups Fruit (blackberries, raspberries, peaches, blueberries)
  • 2 Cup Sugar, divided
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 3/4 Cup Water

Directions

    Place fruit in bottom of 9x13 pan.

    Mix 1 cup sugar, butter, salt, powder, flour and milk together and spread over fruit.

    Mix 1 cup sugar and corn starch; spread over batter.

    Pour water over the top of sugar and batter.
