- 1 qt. fruit
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place fruit in small baking dish.

2Mix milk, butter, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together.

3Pour over fruit. Over top of batter sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar, then pour 1/2 cup of hot water over the top.

4Do not mix.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
