- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. fruit with juice

1Melt margarine in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Mix sugar, flour, milk and baking powder in bowl.

3Dough will be thin.

4Pour dough in pan with butter.

5Pour fruit over dough and this bakes around the fruit like a cake.

6Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done in a 350° oven.
