- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. butter, melted
- fresh or canned fruit, sweetened
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients; add milk, egg and fat.

2Mix lightly. Arrange fruit in bottom of baking dish.

4Bake in moderately hot oven (400°) until brown.
