- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit of your choice
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Make batter using 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 3/4 cup milk. Mix by hand; it will be lumpy.

2Melt butter in pan you will be making cobbler in.

3Spread butter evenly over bottom.

4Pour batter in pan and spread evenly, then add fruit and liquid from fruit. Use remaining sugar and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5Bake at 350° until top is golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
