Broccoli Pecan Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayo
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs, buttered
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions on package.

2Drain.

3Add soup, mayo and chopped pecans.

4Mix well. Add eggs and onion. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
