  • 6 c. fruit
  • 4 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix fruit, tapioca and sugar.

    Pour in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix other ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on top of fruit. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
