- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Combine sugar, eggs and oil.

2Beat well.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with fruit to egg mixture.

4Pour into 16 x 11 x 2-inch pan.

5Sprinkle top with coconut.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
