- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 can fruit cocktail with juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar (1 1/2 cups), egg and fruit.

2Pour in greased oblong pan.

3Mix brown sugar and pecans and spread on top of mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

4Combine oleo, milk and sugar (3/4); cook for 5 minutes.

5Add coconut, if desired, and spread on hot cake.
