Fruit Cocktail Cake

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained before mixing
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained before mixing
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix together sugar, flour, salt and baking soda.

    Then add beaten egg and fruit.

    Pour batter in greased small square pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar before baking.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
